Frequently asked questions
Know what to expect before the work begins.
What access does RoyalT need?
We agree on a least-privilege, read-only role set during kickoff. This typically includes Global Reader and Reports Reader, with additional workload-specific read-only access requested only when required. RoyalT does not request write access or make configuration changes during the assessment.
Does the assessment include remediation?
The fixed-fee engagement is an assessment. Configuration changes, implementation, and remediation can be scoped separately after the findings are understood.
Can the scope be customized?
Yes. The standard assessment covers the listed areas, while organizations with a narrower concern, larger environment, or additional Microsoft workloads can request a tailored scope.
How is the assessment delivered?
The work is delivered remotely. RoyalT performs the review, documents evidence and risk context, and schedules the executive readout at a mutually workable time.
